Subscription Fees:
  • The account of the credit/debit card holder is automatically charged on the same date as the original transaction date on each corresponding month, or on the last day of the month if no corresponding date exists (January 31, 2022 subscription renews on February 28, 2022).
  • Discounts, rebates, and other special offers are only valid for the first term; subscriptions will renew at the then-current full subscription rates.
  • If KANRI is unable to renew the subscription due to inaccurate or outdated credit/debit card information, it may terminate the subscription and these terms.
  • The right to access granted by these Terms is only effective upon payment of the subscription fees.


Refund Policy:
  • KANRI strives to develop high-quality software that you will enjoy using in your business or professional life. You have several options, and we appreciate your choosing us. Thank you very much. We have developed this policy to outline what we will do if we fail to meet your expectations.
  • Subscriptions are charged monthly. If you are dissatisfied with our service during your first month, please contact us. We will do our best to address your issue, offer a workaround, or provide a timeline for a solution that meets your requirements. If you are dissatisfied, we will gladly refund your money and downgrade your account to the free plan for that service.
  • Annual Subscriptions. You are not required to sign up for an annual subscription in order to use KANRI's services. We prefer to let you make your own decisions. We give you a significant discount over the already low monthly subscription price in exchange for committing to an entire year in advance. Please get in touch with us if you ever experience any unhappiness while using our service within the first 45 days. We will try our best to resolve your problem, offer a workaround, or provide a timeline for a workable solution. We will gladly give you a FULL REFUND for your purchase if you are unsatisfied.
  • We want you to be satisfied with our service for the duration of your contract, not just the first 30 days (in the case of a monthly subscription) and the first 45 days (in case of annual subscription). So we go above and beyond. If we remove, break, or discontinue functionality that was available when you signed up for your contract, we ask that you notify us immediately. If we fail to address it in a timely and satisfactory manner, we will offer you a PRO-RATED REFUND for the contract reminder.
  • Auto-Renewal. Your monthly and yearly subscriptions will automatically renew until you cancel the service. We will send you an email each time your subscription auto-renews, detailing the amount that will be charged to your credit card. Similarly, after each renewal, we will send you an email with a receipt detailing the amount deducted as well as the next renewal date and amount.
  • We understand that customers may forget to cancel an account they no longer want until it has been charged. That is why, even if you cancel your monthly/annual subscription five business days after your renewal date, we will still process your cancellation and issue a FULL REFUND.

Cancellation Policy:
  • You may cancel your Subscription (as defined in our Terms of Service) by either writing to us at support@kanri.io or through your account on the Platform. However, there shall be no refund of the Fee (including the onboarding fee as stated in the Pricing Page) already paid by you to Kanri.io.
  • On the other hand, if you have subscribed to any of our Subscriptions that require you to pay a recurring flat Fee (as stated in the Pricing Page), then you may be entitled to a full refund (subject to applicable taxes) of the recurring flat Fee only, provided that your cancellation request is made within 7 (seven) days from the date of purchase of your Subscription Plan, either via email or through your account as stated above (“Refund Period”). However, please note that any cancellation requests received post the Refund Period shall not entitle you for a refund of the recurring flat Fee.
  • Please carefully read our Terms of Service, the Refund Policy along with any other documents made available on the Platform before purchasing any of our Subscription Plans.
  • When you cancel your Subscription Plan, Kanri.io may disable access to features available only to Creators who have purchased/renewed Subscription, while your account may continue to exist on the Platform.

Please be aware that if we have suspended or terminated your access to KANRI Services as a result of a violation of our Terms of Service, we will not consider a request for a refund (FULL or PRO-RATED).
